Privacy Policy
Draft placeholder, pending legal review. It lists what the license portal stores today; the reviewed policy will replace it before live payments.
What the license portal stores
- Your account: email address, username, a bcrypt hash of your password, and your two-factor settings.
- Your organization: its name, its members and their roles, and an audit log of changes.
- Your deployments: their HTTPS origin and label, and what each one reports when it renews its license (the number of active users and workers, the Pro features in use, the version and an instance id).
- Billing: your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and the state of your license. Card details, billing addresses and tax ids are collected and kept by Stripe, not by us.
What it does not store
Your job data. The self-hosted console runs in your infrastructure and reads your Redis there; the portal never connects to it.
Who processes it
Render (hosting and database), Stripe (payments, tax) and our email provider (verification and password-reset messages). [To be completed with counsel: legal basis, retention periods, international transfers, your rights and how to exercise them.]
